LOOK NO FURTHER! Would give them 10/10 star review if I could. I got 4 quotes in total for our windows, each salesman that came over was talking my ear off for an hour plus trying to sell their product which I found very irritating. Yourri was my last quote and came in and was clear, efficient and in and out in fifteen minutes with all the measurements he needed, and was quick and to the point which I appreciated and didn't waste my time. Not only that, UREX was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper and more affordable then the three other quotes I received. The decision was a no brainer! From beginning to end the process has been seamless working with Urex - if I had any questions Yourri got back to me very quickly - he is very good at communicating and you can tell he is so knowledgeable. Install was scheduled quickly after windows came in and again installation phase was seamless. Efficient and impeccable work over the two day installation period - Yourri is always very friendly and his associate was as well. They kept the house clean and tidied up after themselves which was nice. Our windows look incredible, no more drafts like our old windows and all the mechanisms are smooth and work great. Couldn't be happier with our decision to use UREX - I will recommend to anyone looking to upgrade. Thank you Yourri!

Yuri was excellent, kind, and a very hard worker. Anna and the UREX team were highly prompt in replying to emails and questions. The only primary issue is doors were installed by UREX without proper energy ratings and as such I was penalized thousands of dollars for my Canada Greener Homes Loan.

This was somewhat unexpected for us, as, to the best of our knowledge, your Canada Greener Homes Loan application was approved based on the quotation we provided. That quotation clearly outlined all specifications, including the fact that this particular door did not have an official energy rating listed, and it was reviewed and approved as part of the loan process.We would also like to note that the doors installed are equipped with Low-E coated glass and Argon gas between the panes, which do contribute to improved energy efficiency, even though certain formal rating data may not have been available.We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were not able to receive loan coverage for the cost of this door and understand how frustrating that must be. However, all specifications were fully disclosed in the original quote submitted for the loan application and reviewed by the inspector.
